Free Before- and After-School Program
La Paloma Academy offers free before- and after-school program for kindergarten through 8th grade students who are currently enrolled. The before-school program is available starting at 7:30 a.m., an hour before school starts, until 8:15 a.m., and after school from 3:15-6:00 p.m. Students who stay after 6 p.m. will incur late fees. The after-school program provides staff-assisted homework help, fun activities, etc.
The mission of La Paloma Academy’s before- and after-school program is to provide enrolled students with:
- An inclusive before- and after-school program that is safe and nurturing in a comfortable, familiar environment.
- An enriching program that promotes the physical, intellectual, and social development of each child.
The After-School Program provides teacher-assisted homework help and tutoring for the first hour. Then, kids enjoy fun activities such as arts, crafts, and technology, as well as sports and outdoor activities to enhance health and fitness.
The program is available until 6 p.m. every school day. After-school snacks are provided.
