Mr. Rubasch has been a part of the La Paloma Academy for eight years. He began as teacher working in the music, science and math departments, and most recent served as vice principal. Since he has been with the school, he has had an opportunity to work with incredible staff members to foster a truly exceptional place of learning.
As principal, it is Mr. Rubasch's goal to show the community just how special La Paloma Academy and its students really are. Students enter the school at the age of five, and it is Mr. Rubasch's desire to ensure that when they exit La Paloma Academy for high school, they are truly people of character ready to take on the world.
Mr. Rubasch holds a B.S. in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Arizona and a M.Ed. in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University.
