Primary Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Registrar is primarily responsible for managing all systems related to student enrollment and records.Organizing and managing registration of new and returning students. Managing records of current students and reporting to the Arizona Department of Education. Managing student records (PowerSchool). Coordinating student enrollment and withdrawal process. Daily attendance tracking, reporting to Administration accurate data regarding enrollment throughout the year, managing paper records in accordance with state and federal law and any other duties combined with the tasks above.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Please do not apply if you do not meet ALL minimum requirements):
- A valid fingerprint clearance card and a high school diploma
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
- Must be Spanish-speaking
- Experience with children. Experience with PowerSchool. At least two years of administrative experience.

Additional Job Information:
Benefits and Salary: Pay for this position is competitive and dependent on education and experience. Range between $30,000 and $40,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
