Position Overview:
La Paloma Academy is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team for the following openings:
- 3rd Grade Teacher
- 6th Grade Teacher
- Junior High Math Reteach & Enrichment Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction
- Differentiate lessons to meet diverse student needs
- Use assessment data to guide instruction and improve student outcomes
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom culture
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with grade-level teams and support staff
Additional Responsibilities (Math Reteach & Enrichment Role):
- Provide targeted math intervention and enrichment for junior high students
- Analyze student performance data to identify gaps and extend learning
- Support students in developing confidence and mastery in mathematics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid Arizona teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills
- Commitment to student growth, equity, and character development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching upper elementary or junior high grades
- Background in math intervention, RTI, or enrichment programs
- Familiarity with standards-based instruction and data-driven practices
