Parent Data Meetings

A new type of Parent-Teacher Conference comes to La Paloma Lakeside on Wednesday, October 19. Parents will meet for a conference in their child’s classroom, where they will be given personalized student data, helpful resources, and upcoming learning standards. There will also be parent workshops in the computer lab. View the flyer below for times and details.

Campus Improvements

We are excited to share the progress being made on several improvements throughout the Lakeside campus. The finishing touches are in progress for our new and improved parking lot, a new Multipurpose Recreation Center will be up and running in the near future, and the gym is receiving some much needed care after a plumbing leak. We are excited to offer MySchoolBucks! This online payment service and mobile app provides a quick and easy way to add money to your student’s meal account using a credit/debit card or electronic check. You can also view recent purchases, check balances, and set up low balance alerts for free.

Tae Kwon Do Classes Now Offered at Lakeside

Lakeside has teamed up with Desert Taekwondo to offer classes to students right on campus, beginning October 5. These sessions will take place every Wednesday from 2-3:30 p.m. and are open to all students over the age of 6. Classes are $20 a month and uniforms are $40.
