Pay: From $44,725 and up DOE

Position Overview:
La Paloma Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated 3rd Grade Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.
We are looking for educators who are committed to academic excellence, character development, and creating inclusive, engaging classrooms where all students can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction
- Differentiate lessons to meet diverse student needs
- Use assessment data to guide instruction and improve student outcomes
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom culture
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with grade-level teams and support staff
- Analyze student performance data to identify gaps and extend learning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid Arizona teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills
- Commitment to student growth, equity, and character development
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families
