Free full-day kindergarten at La Paloma Academy

A report on KGUN 9 tells how the 2nd grade class at La Paloma’s Lakeside campus made the holidays brighter for hospitalized children, by collecting toys for patients at Diamond Children’s Medical Center.

Tucson News Now spotlights all three La Paloma campuses, as students and teachers strive to bring holiday cheer to the less fortunate. At Central, an 8th grade bake sale raised $400 for Toys for Tots; at Lakeside, 2nd graders are collecting toys for Diamond Children’s Medical Center; and students at South participated in the Red Sleigh Toy Drive.

Cronkite News reports that financially struggling families are getting help from La Paloma Academy, where students and parents are served a free breakfast on school days.
